"The Hawaii Conservation Alliance"
Here's a group that someone had mentioned, so I looked it up, go to their "About HCA"page and you'll find names of the agencies that have started the alliance.
This is their mission statement from that page:
"The Hawaii Conservation Alliance is dedicated to promoting effective, long-term management of Hawaii's native ecosystems through collaborative research, training and outreach among land managers, scientists, educators and the general public."

Paula Warren,from New Zealand,was invited by the alliance to do a report on the Biosecurity Systems of Hawaii. Honolulu Weekly has an article on her and some of the findings.
